Meet the Team

The Base has an on-site Management and Maintenance Team who are employed directly by Justin D’Arcy (the Owner). The Management Office is located on site in Britannia House. The Management Office deals with this site and others owned by the D’Arcy Group, as do the maintenance team. Being on-site means that tentants get a response straight away for any issues they may have. The team are as follows:

Lisa Barker

Chief Operating Officer

With a long career in property and facilities management in both the private sector and industry, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she brings to her role. Managing the Base and other D’Arcy Group companies, she has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business. Lisa is also a Member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers.

Anita Lilley

Finance Officer

Anita joined us in October 2017 , she has extensive experience in all aspects of finance . Ranging from payroll to management accounts. Her past roles have included working in education , accounting and commodities. Anita manages the finance for all the D'Arcy companies including the Base on a day to day basis.

Carl Harding

Groundsman

Carl joined us in 2022 after relocating to Suffolk from Bristol , with many years experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance , working with commercial and private clients in the past. With a passion for gardening Carl decided to make this his career , he has also also a wealth of health and safety knowledge in all areas of plant machinery . Carl is a very welcome new member of the Team.
